Key Responsibilities:Market Development: Identify new international markets, opportunities, and clients.Strategy & Sales: Develop and implement export strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage key overseas accounts.Logistics & Operations: Manage end-to-end international shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders, and optimize supply pliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and prepare all necessary export ternal Coordination: Liaise with production, sales, marketing, and finance teams for seamless operations.Reporting: Analyze export performance, market trends, and prepare reports for management.Team Leadership: Supervise and train export team members. Essential Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred for senior roles.Experience: Proven experience in international trade, logistics, and export management.Knowledge: Deep understanding of export/import regulations, customs, Incoterms, and global logistics.Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication (verbal & written), problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.Attributes: Detail-oriented, culturally aware, and able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
