Coordination with all support function sections like, Purchase, Administrations, HR, BD, Civil, IT, CRM for required activities related to ERDA-North. Planning, Manage, Supervision of testing, Calibration and other day to day activities. Planning and preparation of annual revenue and capital budget in consultation with HOS. Identify new tests requirements, Planning and development of new test facilities based on requirements. Project planning and Resource planning based on requirements. Planning and manage all requirements of ISO/IEC: 17025-2017.Key Result Area'sTo achieve annual revenue and capital budget decided by Management. Improvement in Cycle Time, Customer Satisfaction Index. Development of new test facilities, new projects.
