Job Description - Cost Run/ML Run. - Product Costing. - Preparing Inventory related MIS - Analyze material costs for accuracy and prepare for monthly product costing. - Maintaining costing master’s like, Yield, Product cycle times, activity rates. - Computation of Activity rates - Machine hour and manpower cost validation - Allocation and analyzing production overhead variances. - Validation of bill of material and routing and computation of P2P price sheets. - Computation of Transfer price. - Margin Analysis. - COGS Analysis - Purchase price variance. - Preparation of costing MIS. - Budgeting - Cost Audit - Coordinating with internal stakeholders on costing & Inventory details. Required Skills - SAP experience – preferred having SAP HANA. - Qualified Cost and Management Accountant (ICWAI/CMA) with a minimum experience of 8 - 10 years. - Manufacturing industry background and preferable having API/Formulations /FMCG industry experience.
