The user-friendly drag-and-drop interface empowers system integrators, innovators, and developers to rapidly develop and deploy AI solutions.We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist who can drive innovation in Vision language Models.Key Responsibilities- Fine-tune, quantize, and optimize open-source LLMs (particularly Meta’s LLaMA family: LLaMA, LLaMA2, LLaMA3) for domain-specific applications. - Design and implement synthetic data generation pipelines for both LLM and vision model training. - Deploy and manage model training and inference workflows using AWS services including SageMaker, S3, EC2, Lambda, and ECR. - Design, develop, and fine-tune Vision-Language Models ) for multi-modal understanding and generation tasks. - Build, evaluate, and deploy end-to-end RAG systems to enhance factual accuracy, reduce hallucination, and enable dynamic knowledge integration. - Curate and pre-process multi-modal (text + image) data sets; apply techniques such as supervised fine-tuning (SFT), LoRA, QLoRA, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) where applicable. - Evaluate model performance using both quantitative metrics and qualitative analysis; iterate based on user feedback and A/B testing.Required Skills & Experience -- 3-4 years of experience in Deep Learning, with proven expertise in both LLMs and Computer Vision with AI product development. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning or - Demonstrated experience fine-tuning LLaMA-series models (LLaMA, LLaMA2, LLaMA3) using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, Unsloth, Axolotl, or similar. - Strong practical knowledge of Vision-Language Models and multi-modal architectures. - Proven experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), embedding models, and query optimization. - Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy).
