Position name : Cloud Delivery HeadJob PurposeTo lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex cloud projects and services, ensuring technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives. This role demands deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, strong leadership capabilities, and strategic oversight across multi-cloud environments (Public and Hybrid).Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Management- Own the delivery of enterprise-scale cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Hybrid Cloud, Managed Services) across multiple engagements. - Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, budgets, and SLAs with zero compromise on quality. - Implement governance frameworks, Agile/DevOps methodologies, and delivery best practices. - Oversee full lifecycle: architecture design, migration, implementation, automation, and post-deployment support.Technical Leadership- Provide hands-on technical leadership across AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerization platforms (Kubernetes, Docker). - Review and validate solution architectures for scalability, security, compliance, and cost optimization. - Drive adoption of automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines) and cloud-native services. - Stay ahead of emerging technologies (FinOps, AI/ML on cloud, serverless, edge computing) to innovate delivery models.Team & Resource Management- Lead and mentor Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Project Managers, and Technical Specialists. - Build competency frameworks and enable continuous technical upskilling. - Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and succession planning for critical roles.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement- Act as the technical escalation point for complex delivery challenges. - Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams for solution validation, RFP responses, and technical presentations. - Build trusted advisor relationships with CXOs and technical stakeholders.Operational Excellence- Define and track KPIs for delivery quality, automation adoption, and operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO, SOC, GDPR) and governance policies. - Drive cost optimization and FinOps practices across cloud engagements.Key Skills & Competencies- Deep technical expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and DevOps frameworks. - Strong understanding of cloud migration, modernization, automation, and security best practices. - Proven ability to design and review complex architectures for enterprise workloads. - Leadership in managing large-scale, multi-cloud environments and distributed teams. - Certifications preferred: AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, DevOps, ITIL, PMP, Agile.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, IT, or related field. - 10–15 years in IT Infrastructure/Cloud Services with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Hands-on experience in cloud architecture, migration strategies, and delivery governance.Thanks & regards,HR Team
