Our teams work closely with founders, leaders, and product teams to ship meaningful work that actually goes live in the world.This role sits close to the Founder’s Office, offering a rare opportunity to shape the visual identity of multiple products and GTM initiatives from day one.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Graphic Content Designer who doesn’t just execute briefs, but helps build brands from zero to scale.You’ll be a core creative partner to the marketing, product, and leadership teams, responsible for crafting visual stories that build trust, communicate value, and elevate brand perception across digital platforms.If you enjoy ownership, thrive in fast-moving environments, and love designing for software, startups, and go-to-market launches, this role is for you.What You’ll Do- Design high-quality visual content for social media, websites, presentations, email campaigns, and product launches - Create brand-aligned creatives while evolving visual identity across multiple products and initiatives - Partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams on GTM campaigns, launches, and storytelling - Translate ideas, rough inputs, and concepts into polished, high-impact visual assets - Design content specifically for software products and subscription-based offerings - Stay up to date with design trends, social formats, and platform best practices - Use modern design, AI, and content creation tools to work efficiently and creatively - Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment with minimal supervision - Proactively contribute ideas and help define how the brand shows up visuallyWhat We’re Looking For- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, content design, or visual marketing - Strong visual sensibility—excellent eye for typography, color, layout, and detail - Proven ability to work independently with a high-ownership, self-starter mindset - Comfort working in ambiguity and evolving priorities (startup energy is essential) - Genuine interest in brand-building, product storytelling, and long-term growth - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally - Exposure to GTM initiatives or shipping software products is a strong plus - Experience working with startups or high-growth teams preferred (large companies welcome too)Tools & Skills- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Canva, or similar - Familiarity with modern content creation and AI-assisted design tools - Strong understanding of social media formats, digital marketing visuals, and brand storytelling - Basic motion design or video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, animations) are a plusWhy This Role Is Special- Work closely with the Founder’s Office and leadership team - Play a key role in shaping GTM narratives and visual identity for software products - High visibility, high ownership, and real influence on brand direction - Startup environment with room to experiment, grow, and make your mark - Opportunity to build a strong, meaningful portfolio, not just execution work
