The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to structural engineering guidelines and safety standards. Daily tasks will include supervising on-site work, providing technical guidance to Civil Engineers, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met efficiently.Qualifications- Experience with on-site work and hands-on supervision of construction projects - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders - Proficiency in Quality Control to ensure compliance with standards and specifications - In-depth knowledge of Structural Engineering principles and practices - Background in Civil Engineering, holding relevant educational qualifications - Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in dynamic work environments - Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety standards - Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to address on-site challenges
