About Progenesis IVFProgenesis IVF has been supporting couples on their journey to parenthood since 2014, delivering ethical, patient-centric fertility care across India.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive revenue and profitability, ensure quality patient care, and manage multidisciplinary healthcare teams at our IVF center.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end center operations, P&L, and resource utilization - Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL/ISO and regulatory standards - Drive patient satisfaction, conversions, and referral relationships - Lead, motivate, and manage clinical and non-clinical teams - Oversee budgeting, billing, inventory, assets, and vendor management - Support marketing, branding, and business development initiatives - Ensure ethical medical practices and high-quality patient experienceQualifications & Experience- MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS or Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare preferred) - Master’s in Healthcare Administration / MBA (Preferred) - 5–6 years of healthcare management experience (IVF/Fertility preferred) - Strong leadership, communication, and operational skillsSkills Required- Hospital operations & compliance knowledge - Budgeting, reporting & data management - Team leadership & stakeholder management - Patient counseling & service excellenceLanguage: English, Hindi & Marathi (for Maharashtra)
