Ltd.Experience: 12+ years (with significant leadership exposure)Location: Andheri East, MumbaiWork Model: Work from OfficeWork Days: Monday to SaturdayThis is a strategic people-manager role responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sales hiring across Medical Devices / Pharma / Healthcare domains.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, driving performance, capability building, and delivery excellence. - Own end-to-end recruitment strategy for sales, commercial, and business-critical roles within the Medical Devices / Pharma / Healthcare ecosystem. - Drive high-volume and niche sales hiring, ensuring speed, quality, and business alignment. - Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by anticipating current and future manpower needs in collaboration with business leaders. - Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Business Heads, and HR stakeholders to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities. - Oversee interview and selection processes, including screening, assessments, panel coordination, and final evaluations. - Ensure effective utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate tracking, reporting, and compliance. - Guide the creation of role-specific job descriptions, competency frameworks, and interview questions, enabling hiring managers to make informed decisions. - Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and present insights-driven reports to identify gaps and continuously improve hiring effectiveness. - Drive process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and best practices in talent acquisition.Qualifications & Experience- 12+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant people management responsibility. - Mandatory domain exposure to Medical Devices, Pharma, or Healthcare, with hands-on experience in sales hiring (ASM, RSM, ZSM, Product, and Commercial roles). - Demonstrated experience in high-volume and fast-paced hiring environments, including exclusive TA ownership. - Strong understanding of organizational structures and role differentiation across sales, marketing, and support functions. - Expertise in sourcing through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrates maturity, humility, strong judgment, and business acumen. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a strategic TA partner, not just an execution-focused recruiter.Pay Range & CompensationCompetitive and commensurate with experience (details to be discussed during the interview process).Equal Opportunity StatementMeril Life Sciences Pvt.
