As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a seasoned Finance Manager who can drive financial discipline, compliance, and strategic growth — and evolve into a future CFO leading the company’s financial vision.Role OverviewThe Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of financial operations, statutory compliance, and strategic planning. This position requires a hands-on professional with deep expertise in accounting, taxation, and compliance, coupled with leadership potential to grow into a strategic financial leadership role.Key Responsibilities- Ensure PF compliance, filing, and related statutory documentation in line with government norms. - Manage salary processing and upload activities, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursals. - Oversee all statutory and internal compliance functions, including audits, financial controls, and reporting. - Handle SEZ-related activities, including coordination with authorities, documentation, and compliance. - Manage GST, Income Tax, and other tax filings, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulations. - Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Support monthly and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and board reporting requirements. - Implement financial systems, record-keeping, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency. - Work closely with leadership, on financial strategy, investor reporting, business growth planning, cost restructuring from time to time. - Handle Capital structure, risk Management, cashflow , Audit and Technology processes. - Act as a key advisor to the CEO on all the financial matters.Qualifications & Skills-Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, orCA / CMA /ACS preferred. - 8–10 years of proven experience in finance, accounts, and compliance functions. - In-depth knowledge of PF, statutory compliance, SEZ, GST, and taxation frameworks. - Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership abilities with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Visionary mindset with the ability to scale into a CFO leadership role.Why Join Haystack RoboticsAt Haystack Robotics, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing organization shaping the future of robotics and automation.
