Greetings for the Day!!!We are looking for a for UK Pension one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience UK Pension Process.Exp: 2+YearsJob Type : PermanentJob Location : PuneWork Mode : OnsiteJob descriptionKey Responsibilities- Administer occupational pension schemes (DB, DC, or Hybrid) in accordance with UK pensions legislation - Process member lifecycle events including: - Joiners and leavers - Retirements - Death benefits - Transfers in and out - Divorce (Pension Sharing Orders) - Calculate and check pension benefits accurately - Respond to member, employer, and trustee queries in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate member records and pension databases - Support annual processes including benefit statements, scheme renewals, and valuations - Ensure compliance with The Pensions Regulator (TPR) requirements - Assist with audits, data cleansing, and regulatory reporting - Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders (actuaries, payroll, insurers)Skills & Experience- Experience working in UK pensions administration - Good understanding of UK pension legislation - Strong numerical and analytical skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage workload and meet deadlinesThanks and Regards
