The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting in managing sales operations, building relationships with clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with clients to ensure a smooth sales process. The role also involves participating in strategy development to drive successful real estate transactions.Qualifications- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Market research expertise and lead generation capabilities - Strong organizational, time management, and team coordination skills - Proficiency in preparing reports and analyzing sales data - Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Experience or knowledge in real estate sales is a significant advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field - Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM platforms is preferred
