We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and well-being, equal employment opportunities and policies that are benchmark for work-life balance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for Emission Compliance & certification, Domestic COP (Conformity of Production) testing of “off road” engines for different products segments of Yanmar Engines. - To apply and be updated as per “Applicable Emission regulation information & Compliance methodology” - To apply and be updated on applicable test procedures & have an ongoing relationship with test authoritiesEngine Testing- Overall planning of New Model testing for development test & type approval from planning phase & monitoring. - Documentation preparation for submission to TA. Co-ordination with Testing Agency for dates of Testing. - Conduct Test as per testing procedures, standard & regulations. - Analyzing test results and making reports. - Planning & Co-ordination of conformity of production (COP) activities. - Submission of Annual COP plan to testing agency. Documentation preparation for submission to COP. - Co- ordination with Testing Agency for COP Selection & Testing. - Coordinate with teams for drawing out plans for testing and certification. - Take care of the Engine vehicle logistics (i.e. Vehicle transfer to from warehouse to Testing Agency (To & Fro) movement. - Ensure engine & mounting preparation before testing at agency. - Problem Identification and rectification in engine before offering for testing at agency. - Ensure engine & mounting preparation before testing at agency. - Engine part verification after testing and to collect the certificates. - Conduct Engine Endurance & durability testing related to any other certification. (i.e. CIFT, SFMRTTI etc.)Homologation- Ensure engine & mounting preparation before testing at agency. - Provide regulation information with different level of details to the organization e.g. product planning departments and design & performance/ application engineers. - Regulatory support to team regarding emissions durability matters. - In-use emissions compliance, responsible for coordination of and to perform necessary tests to confirm that Yanmar and the brands products on the field meet the legal and internal requirements. - Secure certification work obtain and maintain engine certificates. - Support certification testing in presence of Authority - Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. - Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.Education and Work Experience Requirements:- Previous emission testing experience is required - Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude. - Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.- Education - B. Tech/B. E - Experience - Similar working experience for 8-12 Years, in Diesel Engines companies
