The role involves executing live market trades using algorithm-enabled trading platforms, actively monitoring risk, and coordinating closely with technology, risk, and operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTrading & Execution- Execute trades in equities, index options, and futures on Indian exchanges - Use algorithmic trading software, OMS/EMS, and trading terminals for order execution - Monitor live PnL, margins, Greeks, and exposures throughout market hours - Manage intraday and positional trades within approved risk limitsMarket Monitoring & Analysis- Track market movements, volatility, and event-driven activity - Identify trading opportunities within firm-approved strategies - Maintain accurate trade logs and perform post-trade analysisRisk Management & Compliance- Ensure strict compliance with SEBI regulations and exchange rules - Adhere to internal risk policies and escalation procedures - Coordinate with risk, compliance, and operations teams - Maintain audit-ready documentation and recordsCollaboration & Systems- Work closely with quant, technology, and operations teams - Provide feedback on execution quality and algo performance - Support smooth daily trading operations from market open to closeMandatory Requirements- NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification (Compulsory) - 2–3 years of experience in equity and/or derivatives trading - Strong understanding of the Indian market structure and regulations - Comfortable using algo trading platforms, OMS/EMS, and trading systems - Willingness to work onsite in Andheri West, MumbaiPreferred / Good to Have- NISM Series XV – Risk Management Certification - Experience trading index options (NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, FINNIFTY) - Exposure to institutional or prop-desk trading environments - Knowledge of futures, spreads, volatility, and hedging strategiesWhy Join Us- Direct ownership of live trading activity in a structured environment - High-impact role supporting revenue-generating trading desks - Collaborative setup with traders, quants, and engineers - Competitive compensation and long-term growth opportunitiesApply via LinkedIn or send your resume to: mail@
