The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable working across multiple touchpoints in the D2C ecosystem. This role requires someone who can own performance while collaborating closely with growth, content, and operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads Management- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. - Drive profitable growth by optimising ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates. - Manage budgets efficiently to maximise returns across campaigns. - Perform keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page optimisation.Reporting & Analytics- Create detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Excel. - Analyse campaign data and present actionable insights to improve performance. - Track performance across the funnel from traffic to conversions and LTV.Tracking & Tools- Work with Google Analytics (GA4) to monitor user behaviour and campaign performance. - Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution. - Coordinate with tech teams for tracking, tags, and data accuracy.D2C Ecosystem Support- Support broader D2C growth initiatives beyond Google Ads, including CRO, funnel optimisation, and launch support. - Collaborate with content, design, and website teams for creatives and landing pages. - Assist in managing website performance with basic Shopify knowledge.Experimentation & Scaling- Test new audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and campaign structures. - Continuously explore growth opportunities beyond standard playbooks. - Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and D2C best practices.Required Skills & Experience- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for D2C / beauty / consumer brands. - Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics: ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV. - Advanced Excel skills for reporting and performance analysis. - Working knowledge of Shopify and D2C website flows. - Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking. - Ability to multitask and support multiple initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment. - Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership mentality.Preferred Skills- Experience with Google Merchant Center and feed optimisation. - Understanding of CRO, landing page optimisation, and funnels. - Experience working with performance creatives and ad copy testing. - Startup or high-growth D2C experience is a strong plus.What We’re Looking For- A hustler who thrives in execution-heavy roles. - Data-driven but creatively curious. - Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing D2C ecosystem. - Self-starter who takes ownership and delivers results.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to scale performance marketing for a fast-growing beauty D2C brand. - High ownership role with direct impact on revenue. - Exposure to the complete D2C growth ecosystem. - Collaborative team and rapid learning environment.
