Your expertise will directly shape strategic customer outcomes.What You’ll Achieve In This RoleIn this role, you’ll help customers overcome complex business challenges by designing and showcasing AI, GenAI, and cloud-native solutions tailored to their needs. Through technical workshops, deep-dive discussions, and hands-on PoCs, you’ll validate real-world value while guiding customers through their transformation journey and influencing key buying decisions.What You Bring To The Table- Architect & design end-to-end AI and Cloud solutions with a strong focus on GenAI, LLM-driven applications, RAG workflows, ML workloads, and cloud-native architectures. - Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges, technical requirements, data landscape, and AI adoption goals. - Enable customers to understand the architecture, functionality, and capabilities of proposed solutions. - Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and design meetings, translating needs into scalable architectures. - Deliver high-impact demonstrations showcasing GenAI, LLM use cases, data-to-insight workflows, and automation. - Guide customers through Proof of Concepts (PoCs), validating performance and real-world value. - Collaborate with sales on pre-sales motions: presentations, demos, proposals, and RFP responses. - Design and articulate RAG-based workflows: intelligent search, document processing, chatbots, knowledge assistants, domain-specific LLM apps. - Advise customers on MLOps practices: model deployment, monitoring, governance, CI/CD for ML pipelines. - Strong understanding of Cloud, Data Center infrastructure, enterprise networking (SDN, SD-WAN, VPNs), hybrid/multi-cloud designs. - Provide deep technical guidance on cloud, containerized workloads, GPUs, and orchestration platforms for AI at scale. - Act as a trusted technical advisor, simplifying complex concepts for business and technical stakeholders. - Work closely with Product & Engineering to share feedback and influence roadmap decisions. - Stay current on trends across Cloud, AI, GenAI, ML, MLOps, and networking.Core Competencies- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered enterprise apps (chatbots, copilots, AI search, automation). - Experience with GPU-accelerated workloads and inference optimization. - Ability to design scalable cloud-native architectures with Docker and Kubernetes. - Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and search optimization. - Proven track record supporting enterprises through complex AI/Cloud cycles. - Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams. - Ability to design custom infrastructure solutions aligned with customer environments.Strategic & Analytical Competencies- Solution Thinking: Design AI, GenAI, ML, and cloud solutions aligned to business goals. - Strategic Insight: Translate market trends and customer needs into impactful solution strategies. - Data-Driven Decisions: Evaluate options, metrics, and PoC outcomes to recommend scalable architectures. - Problem-Solving Excellence: Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions. - Experience leading PoCs and producing detailed documentation and architecture diagrams. - Customer-Centric Strategy: Map customer pain points to AI/cloud capabilities showing clear ROI. - Cross-Functional Thinking: Work seamlessly with sales, engineering, and product teams.Education & Certifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields. - Preferred certifications in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, or DevOps/Kubernetes. - Additional certifications in TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, MLflow, Kubeflow, etc., are advantageous. - Strong continuous learning mindset.Your Mindset- Customer-First & Trusted Advisor - Curious & Innovative - Collaborative & StrategicWhy This Role is a Unique Opportunity at NeysaThis role places you at the forefront of AI and Cloud innovation, enabling you to shape how enterprises leverage GenAI, ML, and advanced cloud solutions.
