You will translate ideas and concepts into visually compelling, user-friendly designs that resonate with our target audience while staying true to the brand’s mission and voice. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that drive engagement and impact.Responsibilities:- Create engaging and visually appealing designs for a wide range of use cases including but not limited to social media, digital marketing ads, reels, stories, email campaigns, landing pages, and website banners that align with the brand language. - Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm collectively and align on the deliverables. - Create engaging infographics, illustrations, and animations to communicate complex information in a visually compelling way. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media platforms, and digital marketing best practices. - Optimize designs for various platforms and devices to ensure optimal viewing experiences. - Analyze the performance of design assets along with the marketing team to inform future creative decisions.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 3-5 years of experience as Graphic/ Visual Communication into Digital Design - Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design projects. (Mandatory) - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign and Figma. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles. - Ability to work efficiently in an agile startup environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Please Note:- This is a Full time onsite role.
