As we scale rapidly, building aworld-class financial reporting and MIS infrastructureis core to our next phase of growth—and this role is central to that mission.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly capable, process-drivenSenior Finance Managerto lead the execution and implementation of a robust, accurate, and scalable financial reporting system at Artment. The role covers MIS design, revenue and expense reporting, stock reporting, reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial controls—creating a clean, standardized, and automated finance backbone for the organization. This role will alsomanage and mentor the existing finance team , ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent adherence to newly created SOPs and controls.Key Responsibilities1. MIS & Financial Reporting Implement and manage the MIS structure across the organisation. Deliver timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports. Standardize reporting formats for all departments. Build dashboards for revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, inventory & working capital. 2. Revenue Reporting & Reconciliations Own channel-wise revenue reporting (website, Amazon, quick-commerce, marketplaces, offline). Implement automation and accuracy checks. Lead reconciliations (payments, returns, commissions, GST, TCS, settlements). Build daily and monthly closure SOPs. 3. Expense & Cost Reporting Build structured expense classification and cost frameworks. Track operating expenses, marketing spends, overheads, and variances. Partner with marketing, procurement, and operations for accurate cost mapping. 4. Inventory & Stock Reporting Implement inventory MIS (weekly & monthly). Oversee stock valuation, costing, ageing & reconciliations. Ensure accurate procurement-to-warehouse-to-sale visibility. 5. Month-End Closing & Controls Drive disciplined month-end closing cycles. Implement checks, controls, and documentation across finance processes. Strengthen working capital visibility across cash, stock, receivables, and payables. 6. Process Creation & Automation Build scalable SOPs across all finance workflows. Identify automation opportunities (Tally, API integrations, Sheets automation, dashboards). Create a process-led system independent of individuals. 7. Team Management & Development Lead and manage the existing finance team , ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. Train, mentor, and upskill team members on new SOPs and systems. Monitor performance and ensure discipline, accuracy, and timelines across the department.Qualifications & SkillsCA Qualified/ MBA Finance / with strong reporting and MIS experience. 4–8 years of experience in finance operations, reporting, or controllership roles. Strong command over Tally, Excel/Google Sheets, reconciliations. Experience in D2C, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG is preferred. Proven team management skills. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
