Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Specialist(Power Apps | Power Automate | Dynamics 365)Greater Noida West | Working on US-based projectsFull-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Specialist to work on US-based client projects. This role involves designing and delivering scalable business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Exposure to Power BI is a plus but not mandatory.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and US stakeholders to automate processes, improve data visibility, and drive operational efficiency.What You’ll Do- Customize and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM / ERP modules) - Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps - Build end-to-end workflows and automations using Power Automate - Integrate Dynamics and Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and third-party systems - Work closely with US clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements - Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization - Create basic dashboards and reports using Power BI when required - Maintain technical documentation and follow best practicesWhat We’re Looking For- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate - Good understanding of Dataverse, security roles, and data modeling - Experience working on US-based projects or with US clients - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel) - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment - Strong communication skills for client interactionsNice to Have- Working knowledge of Power BI (reports, dashboards, basic DAX) - Experience with Azure services, APIs, or custom connectors - Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics certifications - Prior experience working in EST / CST / PST overlap hoursWhy Join Us- Opportunity to work on global and US enterprise projects - Exposure to modern Microsoft cloud technologies - Competitive compensation based on skills and experience - Learning and growth opportunitiesInterested candidates can apply directly or DM for more details.You can also send your resume at hr@
