Starting as Citizens for Accountable Governance (CAG) in 2013, I-PAC has brought together some of the best minds from diverse academic and professional backgrounds and has provided them with a unique opportunity to engage closely in the election process and influence policymaking in India.For more information on I-PAC, please visit – the Role:We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for social media marketing and video content creation, including increasing brand awareness, developing content, promotion, engagement, and conversation strategies. As a part of I-PAC’s Digital Team, you will develop and run innovative campaigns to help expand the reach of our campaign properties and content themes. You will provide high-quality writing, editing, and video production support for external communications including, but not limited to, event invitations, digital communications, talking points, and digital and/or social media posts under tight deadlines.Job Responsibilities:- Manage and design digital and video campaigns at a massive scale and engage millions of people through Social Media channels - Conceptualize, edit, and produce video content such as reels, short-form videos, campaign films, and digital ads that align with campaign objectives - Content creation for campaign pages, banners, videos, and other social media assets as needed through primary and secondary research - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital and video campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate - Keep up with all political developments and suggest campaign interventions as and when requiredMinimum Qualifications:- Graduate degree from premier institutes - Understanding of social media platforms and digital best practices, SEO and web traffic metrics, experience with video content creation and storyboarding - Professionals with minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and/or video creation and editing. - Willingness to travel extensively and long working hours. - Strong analytical skills and creative thinking. - Excellent writing and communications skills. - Ability to prioritize under pressure.Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of digital analytics tools like Adobe Premier Pro, Canva etc. - Experience with visual communication principles. - Proficiency in English, HindiLocation: The base location is Kolkata.Compensation (Fixed CTC): 1.86 LPAEqual Opportunity Statement:We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
