MTS II And III – Network Engineer ( Dev + Traffic Shaping) | 3 - 8 Years PuneMy client is a global leader in inflight entertaintment and connectivity solutions.They're hiring a Network Engineer (Traffic Engineering + Dev ) to support our next-gen Traffic Management Platform used in SD-WAN and cloud-native environments. You’ll work across networking, virtualization, automation, and API integration.Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and optimize network infrastructure. - Tune traffic policies and analyze performance/bottlenecks. - Automate tasks using Python, Bash, Ansible & REST APIs. - Troubleshoot network issues, monitor traffic, and perform maintenance/upgrades. - Create documentation and support cross-functional projects. - Participate in on-call rotation & flexible hours for US overlap.Required Skills- Strong understanding of network architectures, TCP/IP, L2/L3, VLANs, STP, routing. - Linux/Unix admin expertise. - Hands-on with VMware/Hyper-V (virtualization). - Scripting: Python, Bash, AWK; Automation with Ansible. - API integration (REST/SOAP). - SQL/DB skills (PostgreSQL, Vertica). - CI/CD knowledge. - Preferable: Datadog, Dynatrace. - Experience with migrations, upgrades & network operations. - Ability to lead technical implementation projects.Experience & Education- Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering (Master’s preferred). - 4+ years in Network Operations/Development. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum & SDLC.If you have 3 - 5 years of experience, apply for MTS II by sending your CV to [email protected] you have 6 - 8 years of experience, apply for MTS III by sharing your CV with santhi.shibu@.
