The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and Post graduate courses, conduct research in the field of Operations & Supply Chain Managment, and contribute to departmental and institutional service. Faculty of Operations & Supply Chain Management are require to teach Digital Transformation in Supply Chains: Technology and Innovation, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Strategic Logistics Management, Decision Science for Business Management, Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Analytics, Circular Economy - Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals. - Advise and mentor students academically and professionally. - Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives. - Contribute to service activities at the departmental, college, and university levels. - Engage with industry partners and support student internship opportunities. Education & Experience - Ph.D. in Operations & Supply Chain Management, or related field - MBA in Operations or related field - Effective teaching or potential for excellence in teaching. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in IT, business analytics, or cybersecurity. - Demonstrated research record or potential for scholarly productivity. - Familiarity with learning management systems and technology-enhanced teaching.
