Requirements Key Responsibilities - Deliver well-structured and engaging chemistry lessons in accordance with the prescribed high school syllabus. - Explain complex chemical concepts in a clear, practical, and student-friendly manner. - Plan daily lesson schedules, experiments, and demonstrations to enhance conceptual understanding. - Prepare students for internal assessments, board examinations, and competitive academic standards. - Design and evaluate tests, assignments, and laboratory work to track student progress and learning gaps. - Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and performance reports. - Encourage inquiry-based learning through experiments, discussions, and real-world applications of chemistry. - Ensure laboratory safety standards are followed during practical sessions. - Provide academic guidance, doubt-clearing sessions, and mentoring support to students as needed. - Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic coordinators to align teaching methods and improve overall curriculum delivery.
