The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, coupled with in-depth technical knowledge of gear systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, build long-term customer relationships, and work closely with engineering teams to provide technical solutions Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities in industrial sectors, establish client relationships, and drive sales of gearboxes, gear motors, and related products. - Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on gearboxes and gear motors, including product selection, application guidance, and troubleshooting support. - Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product campaigns, technical brochures, and presentations tailored for target industries. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars to showcase products and solutions. - Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in planning and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and monitoring performance metrics. Provide regular reports and market insights to senior management. - Coordination with Engineering: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to understand product specifications, customization requirements, and technical feasibility for client projects. - Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities and recommend product enhancements. - Team Collaboration: Mentor and support junior sales staff, sharing industry knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving revenue targets. - Excellent marketing skills and experience in industrial product promotion. - In-depth knowledge of gearboxes and gear motors, including applications, specifications, and troubleshooting. - Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and product manuals. - Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. - Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. - 5–14 years of relevant experience in sales or business development of gearboxes, gear motors, or similar industrial products.
