Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Voice & Accent Trainer to help individuals improve their spoken English, pronunciation, clarity, and neutral/global accent. The trainer will design and deliver effective training programs to enhance communication skills for professional and customer-facing roles. Key Responsibilities Conduct voice, accent, and pronunciation training sessions for individuals or groups Assess learners’ current accent and communication gaps Train on phonetics, intonation, stress patterns, rhythm, and articulation Help participants develop a neutral/global English accent Improve fluency, clarity, listening skills, and confidence Provide feedback, evaluations, and progress reports Customize training modules based on role requirements (BPO, corporate, leadership, etc.) Use audio/video tools, role-plays, and real-life conversation scenarios Maintain training documentation and attendance records Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent command of spoken English Strong understanding of phonetics and accent neutralization Certification in Voice & Accent training (preferred) Strong coaching and interpersonal skills Ability to engage diverse learners Experience with corporate or customer service training is a plus Preferred Experience Experience in BPO, corporate training, or language coaching Familiarity with international accents (US/UK/Australian) Online training experience (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS tools) Key Competencies Clear communication Patience and empathy Analytical listening Adaptability Presentation and facilitation skills
