Site Technology Platforms Technical Project Manager for Building Projects Location: Bangalore India Duration: Minimum 12 months (To be extend to 18 months) Start Date: Targeting January Competitive USD Day Rate on offer Paritas is working with a leading IT Consultancy & Oil and Gas major who are looking for a TPM with experience in the delivery Technology Platform Projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology platform projects specifically for a new office based in Bangalore . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technology integration, and construction management, with a focus on collaboration with key stakeholders such as PC&C Workplace, the Business and digital core. This role requires an individual who can immediately integrate into ongoing programmes and effectively represent client Technology standards, guidelines, and requirements within construction and fit-out environments. Key Requirements: • Extensive Oil & Gas client systems experience (5+ years) to support in-flight projects from day one and ensure alignment with established technology standards. • Strong understanding of building architecture (interior design and physical building structures), the construction industry, and construction phasing—distinct from IT system architecture. • Proven track record managing IT deliverables within construction and fit-out programmes, including MER/SER designs, structured cabling, AV installations, and end-user technologies. • Skilled in coordinating IT dependencies with Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) building systems, such as HVAC, UPS, and building redundancy and resilience designs. • Role will be based in Bangalore, providing regional remote support for new office projects, with a primary focus on the upcoming office in Asia. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders—from tradespeople and site contractors to senior business leaders. • Strong capability in managing budgets, resource planning, documentation, and multiple vendors across diverse geographies and time zones. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage technology platform projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, IT, PC&C Workplace, the Business Entities, Technology, and Digital Core, to define project requirements and deliverables. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project alignment and transparency. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. • Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and test plans. • Oversee the integration of new technology into existing systems and processes. • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the technology or construction industry. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Knowledge of technology integration and construction management principles. • Experience with Agile project management methodologies is required. • Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management is required. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Site Technology Platforms and Digital Workplace Building Projects. • Strong understanding of technology management practices and principles. • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
