One of our B2C portfolio companies is looking for a Head of Brand to join the business in a business critical role. Responsibilities - Own the P&L of the entire business — driving revenue growth while maintaining cost discipline - Performance of all outlets — ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality delivery Growth of service verticals - Customer journey — ensuring seamless engagement and trusted service across touchpoints - Operational systems that scale — building clarity, rhythm, and structure for a multi-location organisation - Team alignment and execution across clinic operations and business verticals to deliver outcomes reliably Qualifications - 8 to 10 years of experience - Someone who has led multi-location businesses or scaled large consumer-facing operations - Someone with strong commercial thinking, operational rigour, and team leadership - Someone who enjoys being on the ground and building systems that make teams effective - Someone who wants to take ownership of a high-impact business function in a fast-growing healthcare brand - Prior experience marketing in a B2C environment is critical - Technology or Start-up experience Please apply to this role directly on .
