The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize production planning, scheduling, and capacity management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement SAP ePPDS in S/4HANAAnalyze and optimize production planning and scheduling processesConfigure:Planning strategies and heuristicsCapacity planning and finite schedulingPegging and alert monitoringIntegrate ePPDS with:SAP PP, MM, SD, QM, and EWMWork on Master Data setup:PDS (Production Data Structure)Resources, product masters, BOMs, routingsConfigure and manage:Product HeuristicsPlanning ProceduresScheduling BoardHandle MRP / Advanced Planning scenariosSupport Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activitiesProvide production support and performance optimizationPrepare functional specifications and support technical developmentsConduct user training and documentationRequired Skills & Qualifications7+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on ePPDSHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP & ePPDSStrong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and capacity managementExperience in CIF integration and core interface modelsGood understanding of finite scheduling and manufacturing processesExperience in Discrete / Process / Repetitive ManufacturingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementPreferred SkillsSAP S/4HANA ePPDS certificationExperience in APO PP/DS to ePPDS migrationKnowledge of Fiori apps for Production PlanningExperience in global rollout projectsNice to HaveExposure to IBP integrationExperience with make-to-order / make-to-stock scenariosWHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
