We are expanding internationally and looking for a highly independent, self-starting Business Development Manager who will manage the complete sales process end-to-end without dependency on inbound leads or marketing support.Role SummaryYou will independently manage the entire sales lifecycle — from self-sourced lead generation to negotiation and final closure. This is a high-ownership, revenue-critical role with direct visibility to leadership. Success = consistently building and closing your own pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Sales OwnershipIndependently generate, qualify, nurture, and close dealsOwn the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signingBuild and maintain your own sales funnel and accurate forecastsLead Generation & Pipeline BuildingGenerate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnershipsBuild and manage a strong pipeline across USA, Australia, and Middle EastConduct discovery calls and understand client needsSales ExecutionSell: ✓ Websites ✓ Ecommerce platforms ✓ Web & mobile applications ✓ Cloud & DevOps services ✓ IT staffingPrepare proposals, presentations, and quotationsCoordinate with internal teams for scoping and estimationsNegotiate and close profitable dealsConsistently achieve monthly & quarterly sales targetsAccount Growth & ReportingEnsure smooth handover to delivery teams after closureBuild long-term client relationships and drive upsell opportunitiesMaintain accurate CRM and pipeline reportingProvide regular updates directly to C-Level leadershipMust-Have Requirements3+ years of independent B2B IT services sales experienceProven experience managing deals end-to-end on your ownStrong track record of exceeding targets without inbound leadsExperience with international clients (USA/Australia preferred)Excellent English communication (verbal + written)Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skillsHighly self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable working independentlyCompensationBase Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per monthAttractive Commissions: One-time + recurringHigh earning potential for consistent performers
