The Legal Secretary Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing clerical support, assisting legal professionals, managing case files, and ensuring smooth coordination within the office. Additional responsibilities include maintaining schedules, handling correspondence, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Law and understanding of legal practices Experience with preparing and reviewing Legal Documents Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organization, scheduling, and filing Familiarity with roles and responsibilities of Legal Assistants Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience in a legal office is preferred but not mandatory Diploma or Certification in Legal Studies or related field is a plus
