Job Title

The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations within a specific geographic region. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, meeting store goals, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective team leadership, strategy execution, and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities : Oversee the operational activities of multiple store locations within the region. Ensure consistency in service and operational standards across all stores. Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. Monitor and drive financial performance to meet revenue and store targets. Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies. Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Conduct neighbourhood activities for cross selling along with other brands and nearby communities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in retail management or a similar industry in area manager role Proven ability to lead and develop teams. Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Willingness to travel within the region.
