Develop and optimize powder, liquid, and gel formulations meeting quality, safety, cost, and timeline requirements. Ensure compliance with industry standards , documentation, and stability testing. Drive cost optimization and manage raw material availability. Apply advanced formulation technologies and monitor market/competitive trends. Manage laboratory operations , equipment, and research programs. Execute R&D projects, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with and oversee third-party manufacturers . Train and supervise R&D staff . Desired Profile 6–10 years of experience in Home, Personal, or Skin Care formulations . Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience with large-scale batches (5 tons+) and third-party manufacturing. Ability to monitor quality, resolve issues, and drive innovation.
