Job Title: Senior Associate – Order to Cash (OTC) Billing & Collections Support Job Summary The Senior Associate – Order to Cash (OTC) Billing & Collections Support will play a key role in supporting billing and collections operations. This role focuses on accurate invoicing, customer query resolution, onboarding support, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure timely billing, collections, and compliance with processes and controls. Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end billing support with a strong understanding of billing models, products, and revenue impact Act as first-line support for customer queries related to invoices, billing statements, and payments Manage customer onboarding, master data maintenance, and product setup across billing systems Ensure timely invoice uploads on customer portals and support collections with settlement activities Assist in collecting and tracking tax and statutory documentation required for billing and onboarding Lead audit support activities and ensure timely closure of audit queries Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and RACI documentation Drive process improvements, system transitions, and automation initiatives Provide regular updates, dashboards, and operational support to leadership Systems & Tools Work extensively with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce Use advanced Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis Skills & Experience Required 5–8 years of experience in Order to Cash, Billing, or Collections in a global environment Strong stakeholder and customer management skills Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience leading initiatives or supporting team operations is preferred Qualifications Graduate in Finance or related discipline MBA preferred Strong specialization in Order to Cash and Order Management processes f
