Job Title: Student Growth Associate Duration: Minimum 2 months (extendable) Engagement Type: Part-time | Flexible with academic schedules Location: Remote Travel: As required for campus or local outreach initiatives Start Date: Immediate Position Overview The Student Growth Associates will play a key role in strengthening Roobaroo.ai’s presence within schools and colleges by driving student awareness, engagement, and participation in Roobaroo’s holistic learning programs. The role focuses on peer-led engagement, community building, and responsible outreach, with ownership of enabling student enrollments through clear, value-driven communication. This position requires strong communication skills, initiative, and a genuine interest in education, careers, and student wellbeing.
