You will design and deliver high-impact training to internal staff, distributors, and dealers nationwide through 1-on-1 sessions, workshops, and virtual platforms like Zoom. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery: Conduct technical demonstrations on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Content Creation: Develop modules, manuals, FAQs, and video tutorials for all product lines. Engagement: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align training with business goals and enhance dealer adoption. Reporting: Track training outcomes and participant feedback to improve effectiveness. Requirements Experience: 2–5 years in the CCTV/Surveillance industry. Education: Graduate in Electronics/IT; technical certifications or MBA preferred. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of security hardware, excellent presentation skills, and proficiency in remote training tools.
