We are expanding and seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth and increase our market presence in the healthcare sector. Sales Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads (physicians, clinics, groups, healthcare providers). Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and healthcare networks. Present RCM solutions through virtual or onsite meetings. Understand client needs and offer customized RCM and billing solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements. Maintain CRM records and a strong sales pipeline. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Marketing Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand presence. Create marketing content (brochures, presentations, digital assets). Manage company social media accounts and run targeted campaigns. Organize webinars and email marketing campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor activity. Coordinate marketing plans and budgets with leadership. Qualifications Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred in RCM/Medical Billing/Healthcare). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Understanding of RCM and billing terminology (training available). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in place of degree. KPIs & Monthly Targets Lead Generation: 80–120 qualified leads Meetings: 15–25 meetings Pipeline Management: 3x–4x of monthly revenue target Client Acquisition: 3–5 new clients Revenue Target: $10,000–$25,000 new MRR Marketing KPIs: Content output, campaign performance, engagement Client Success: Smooth onboarding, no escalations in first 60 days Reporting: Weekly and monthly KPI tracking Incentives Competitive salary + commission 5–10% commission on first 3 months’ revenue Quarterly bonuses for exceeding 120% of targets Additional incentives for high-value contract.
