Senior Leadership Position This is a senior leadership role responsible for providing strategic solutions to clients. Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients to understand business challenges and learning requirements. Conduct thorough needs assessments and translate discussions into structured proposal documents and solution briefs. Collaborate with instructional designers and delivery teams to design effective learning solutions that meet client needs. Create compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations that showcase expertise and value. Advise clients on suitable learning formats based on their context and needs. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure solution feasibility and alignment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and behavioral science insights to add value in client conversations. Build long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor. This role requires 8–12 years of experience in L&D solutioning, client consulting, or corporate training roles, with strong exposure to B2B client-facing roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with a consultative mindset and ability to understand client psychology and tailor solutions accordingly.
