Role Summary We are looking for a skilled Renewable Energy Technician with 2+ years of hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting renewable energy systems. The role involves working on solar, wind, or hybrid energy setups, ensuring efficient operation, safety compliance, and system reliability. Key Responsibilities - Install, test, and maintain renewable energy systems (solar PV, wind turbines, inverters, batteries). - Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance. - Diagnose technical issues, replace faulty components, and document repairs. - Assist in commissioning new installations and verifying system performance. - Follow safety procedures, electrical standards, and compliance regulations. - Collaborate with engineers and project teams for field execution. - Maintain records of service reports, system readings, and maintenance logs. Required Skills & Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as a Renewable Energy Technician or in electrical/field maintenance. - Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and grid/off-grid solutions. - Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. - Familiarity with testing equipment (multimeters, insulation testers, IR thermography). - Strong understanding of electrical safety standards. - Physical ability to work at heights, lift equipment, and work in outdoor conditions. Preferred Qualifications - Diploma/ITI/Certification in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Technology. - Experience with wind energy systems (turbine maintenance) is a plus. - Exposure to SCADA monitoring systems. - Valid license for field operations (if applicable).
