About the Role We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer to join our team and help build high-performance, scalable, and visually stunning mobile applications. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences across Android and iOS. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces. - Integrate with REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and third-party services. - Optimize app performance, reliability, and responsiveness. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies. - Stay up-to-date with mobile development trends and Flutter ecosystem updates. Required Skills & Qualifications - 1–5+ years of experience in mobile development (Flutter or native). - Strong understanding of Dart and Flutter widgets, state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, GetX, etc.). - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices. - Familiarity with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Messaging). - Knowledge of app lifecycle, navigation, animations, and asynchronous programming. - Understanding of Android/iOS deployment processes & store guidelines. Preferred / Bonus Skills - Experience with clean architecture, SOLID principles, or scalable app structures. - Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, NestJS, Django, etc.). - Worked with automated testing (Unit, Widget, Integration). - Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting. - Published apps in App Store or Play Store.
