Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and technical skillsets in detail from hiring managers or clients Source and attract candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, and social media Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical fit, communication, and cultural compatibility Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain candidate records using ATS or internal databases Stay updated with latest trends in technology and recruitment
