We are expanding internationally and looking for a highly independent, self-starting Business Development Manager who will manage the complete sales process end-to-end without dependency on inbound leads or marketing support. Role Summary You will independently manage the entire sales lifecycle — from self-sourced lead generation to negotiation and final closure. This is a high-ownership, revenue-critical role with direct visibility to leadership. Success = consistently building and closing your own pipeline . Key Responsibilities End-to-End Sales Ownership Independently generate, qualify, nurture, and close deals Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing Build and maintain your own sales funnel and accurate forecasts Lead Generation & Pipeline Building Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships Build and manage a strong pipeline across USA, Australia, and Middle East Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs Sales Execution Sell: ✓ Websites ✓ Ecommerce platforms ✓ Web & mobile applications ✓ Cloud & DevOps services ✓ IT staffing Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations Coordinate with internal teams for scoping and estimations Negotiate and close profitable deals Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets Account Growth & Reporting Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams after closure Build long-term client relationships and drive upsell opportunities Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting Provide regular updates directly to C-Level leadership Must-Have Requirements 3+ years of independent B2B IT services sales experience Proven experience managing deals end-to-end on your own Strong track record of exceeding targets without inbound leads Experience with international clients (USA/Australia preferred) Excellent English communication (verbal + written) Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills Highly self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable working independently Compensation Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Attractive Commissions: One-time + recurring High earning potential for consistent performers
