Regional Business Head Job Description Yuma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Head for North India. The individual will be responsible for driving regional growth and profitability, owning the strategy for network expansion, partnering with internal stakeholders for new business development and policy advocacy, and managing a team of 12-15 people across North India markets. Develop and execute strategies to expand Yuma's footprint across North India (Delhi NCR, UP, Haryana, Punjab, etc.). Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the region. Drive city and regional business performance with a focus on key metrics such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities include: Business Strategy & Growth: Owning the P&L for North India operations and ensuring financial targets are met across multiple city units. Optimizing costs while maintaining high operational efficiency and top-quality service. Monitoring regional financial data, tracking market-level KPIs, and making data-driven strategic decisions. P&L Management: Overseeing end-to-end operations across logistics, supply chains, and customer experience for North India. Establishing scalable processes and implementing best practices for efficiency and consistency across cities. Managing and strengthening relationships with key partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies in the region. Team Leadership: Fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Setting regional goals and aligning them with the overarching organizational vision. Market Analysis & Expansion: Conducting thorough regional market research to understand customer preferences, competitor moves, and industry shifts.
