Department: Sales & Front Desk Location: WTF Gym Center Reports To: Sales Manager / Center Manager Target Accountability: ₹3–5 Lakhs per month Salary: 18000 - 25000 in hand + incentives (on achieving the Target) Timings: Morning (8am-5pm), Evening (1pm-10pm) Address: A block, Sector-09, Amco tower (Head-office) Job Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving membership sales, referral sales, and renewal sales for their assigned gym center. The role requires excellent communication, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to convert leads into paying members. This is a performance-driven role with attractive incentives based on target achievement. Key Responsibilities 1. Membership Sales (Primary Responsibility) Convert walk-ins, leads, trial sessions, and inquiries into membership sales. Present membership plans, PT packages, offers, and promotions clearly and confidently. Achieve monthly sales targets of ₹3–5 Lakhs through consistent performance. 2. Referral Sales Drive member-to-member referrals through relationship building. Run referral campaigns to increase new memberships. 3. Renewal Sales Follow up with members for timely renewals. Maintain strong rapport with existing members to increase retention. 4. Lead Management & Follow-ups Handle all incoming leads from CRM, calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Ensure timely follow-ups and daily pipeline tracking. Update CRM with accurate entries and follow-up status. 5. Center Target Contribution Support the overall center revenue target along with the sales team. Work closely with trainers, front desk, and marketing for campaigns. Skills Required For Experienced Candidates Proven track record of achieving sales targets in fitness, retail, hospitality, or telecom industries. Strong negotiation, closing skills, and objection handling. Sales-driven, confident, and high-energy personality. For Freshers Good communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, confident, and eager to learn. Passionate about fitness and customer service.
