Guest Services Associate : Food and Beverage Join Our Team! The Cape Goa, high volume premium restaurant overlooking the Arabian Sea, based in South Goa.  Monthly Salary: 25,000 + PLI Accommodation + Travel + Meals on dutyj Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service on the restaurant floor, ensuring guests feel cared for throughout their visit. Team Support: Work closely with the servers, runners, and bar team to maintain smooth service flow and communication between the kitchen and front-of-house. Attention to Detail: Ensure tables are set to standard, food and drinks are served correctly, and presentation is always of the highest quality. Guest Interaction: Respond promptly to guest requests or feedback, maintaining a calm, professional manner at all times. Service Standards: Uphold The Cape Goa’s high expectations for cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or resort service role preferred. Excellent communication skills and confident interpersonal style. Well-groomed, punctual, and dependable.
