Position Title: Lead – HR Location: Hyderabad ( on site ) Business Unit: Adani Defence & Aerospace Purpose / Objective To lead and manage the HR function at the designated site, ensuring alignment with Adani Defence & Aerospace’s strategic goals. This role is pivotal in driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and capability development to support indigenous defence innovation under the “Make in India” and “Atmanirbhar Bharat” initiatives. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Development Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including niche defence profiles (e.g., missile engineers, gun system specialists). Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely hiring and onboarding. Implement learning and development programs to build future-ready capabilities. Employee Engagement & Culture Foster a high-performance culture through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and leadership development. Promote adherence to the Adani Code of Conduct and data security protocols. Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with labour laws, defence sector regulations, and internal policies. Manage audits, statutory filings, and grievance redressal mechanisms. Operational Excellence Lead HR operations including payroll, attendance, and HRIS management. Support site-level initiatives such as cybersecurity awareness, centralized portals, and digital HR tools. Qualifications & Experience MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or defence sectors. Strong understanding of defence sector dynamics, compliance frameworks, and talent challenges. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
