Major Responsibilities - Drive milk sales volume and revenue as per annual business plan. - Expand distributor and retail network in assigned territory - Ensure numeric & weighted distribution targets are met - Monitor secondary sales, route efficiency, and supply chain execution - Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers and exclusive franchise partners - Lead, motivate, and train sales officers and field staff. - Develop a high-performance sales culture. Role expectations - 15–18 years of experience in FMCG/Dairy Sales. Exp., in - Min 3yrs experience in Dairy industry in an added advantage - Strong knowledge of B2C, Retails Sales, distribution & supply chain activities - Ability to handle large teams and multiple stakeholders Prerequisites: FMCG/Dairy industry experience Territory exposure Handling Large Turn Over / Exposed to Large Scale of Operations Managing Different Categories & Price Points Must handle managerial / ASM level teams Data driven approach Collaborative and lead the team in an harmonious way Being Persistent & Assertive
