They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support. We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence and support our Sales team. You'll take an analytical approach to developing sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level. Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingIdentifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks Designing, implementing, and testing controls in our Sales department Developing and testing key procedures Creating and reviewing key risk indicators Registering risk events, and managing and delivering risk incident reportsWhat you'll needA university degree in a relevant area 2+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data A solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards (can be any of academic, professional, and/or sport) Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills An organised and methodological approach Excellent interpersonal skillsNice to haveExperience in quality control in sales Experience managing risk exposure related to selling financial products
