Deputy Manager / Manager-Human Resources Location: Lakshmangarh, Rajasthan Organization: Mody University Experience: 5-12 Years Qualification: MBA (HR) / Masters in HR or related field Job Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits - Handle faculty and non-teaching staff recruitment as per UGC/AICTE norms - Implement HR policies, service rules, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, labor laws) - Manage performance appraisals, employee relations, and grievance handling - Maintain HR MIS, reports, and support audits/accreditation (NAAC/NIRF) - Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives Key Skills - Strong HR operations & compliance knowledge - Faculty recruitment experience preferred - HRMS / ERP proficiency - Excellent communication & stakeholder management Preferred Candidate Profile - MBA (HR) / Masters in HR or equivalent qualification - 5–12 years of HR experience, preferably in a University / Educational Institution - Hands-on experience in faculty recruitment and academic HR processes - Experience working with HRMS / ERP systems - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
