Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Visakhapatnam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and conducting client presentations. Other key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and gathering market insights to support sales strategies. Qualifications - Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management - Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills - Ability to identify and analyze market trends, Customer Needs, and Opportunities - Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Customer Retention - Results-oriented with a proven record in meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently - Familiarity with the construction or real estate industry is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
