If you’re passionate about MEP systems, coordination, and working on technically challenging projects with global exposure — you’ll feel at home here.You might already find us online — building something impactful, as always.Role Overview: BIM MEP Engineer As a BIM MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering BIM models and drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and IBMS systems. You’ll work closely with Architectural, Structural, and Project Management teams, ensuring coordinated and constructible BIM outputs. This role is ideal for engineers who want to grow from modeling into strong BIM coordinators and future project leads.Key Responsibilities Develop and manage MEPF BIM models using Revit in line with project BEPs and standards Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and coordinated construction documentation Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Coordinate with Architectural and Structural teams to resolve design and spatial conflicts Review design inputs and raise design discrepancies, observations, and coordination issues Ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements Support project managers during coordination meetings, reviews, and client submissions Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and QA/QC processesQualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering 02–05 years of experience in BIM MEP projects Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and IBMS systems Experience working on Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, or Industrial projects Knowledge of BIM coordination, LOD requirements, and documentation workflows Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplinesWhat Makes This Role Exciting Work on large-scale, technically complex BIM MEP projects Exposure to National, international clients, standards, and coordination workflows Opportunities for overseas travel and global project involvement (project-based) Clear growth path into BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead / Project Engineer roles Hands-on learning from experienced BIM and engineering professionals Strong focus on quality, constructability, and real-world project delivery A culture built on ownership, accountability, and teamworkWho Should Apply Engineers who want to build a long-term career in BIM MEP, not just modeling Professionals excited by coordination, problem-solving, and multidisciplinary teamwork Detail-oriented individuals who consistently meet deadlines and take ownership Candidates available for immediate or short-notice joiningReady to Engineer the Future with Us?
